Hello everyone! Today we discussed the impact of the printing press. We also briefly analyzed a piece of literature during the Renaissance: Machiavelli's The Prince. For homework, please finish the packet and answer the questions. Remember that the love poetry was created when Renaissance ideas began to move north; both poems are from Renaissance England. The last documents are comparisons between Italian and Flemish art during the Renaissance. The art on the left of each page are from Italy and the art on the right of each page are from Flanders (a small territory within Belgium).
