Hello everyone! Today we learned about Hernan Cortes and his conquest of Mexico. We also debated whether the fall of the Aztec Empire was a result of Cortes's leadership skills or if he was just lucky. For homework, please read the article on the fall of the Incan Empire and complete the questions attached.

During Monday's class, I will be providing you time to work within your groups for the project. On next Wednesday, you will have the test and a lesson on the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
