For homework, you are to create a monologue or a dance based on trench warfare during WWI. The monologue or dance should not be comedic and should be taken seriously. Hello all! On Thursday, we discussed the causes of World War I. We also analyzed the impact of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. As I mentioned in class, letters were exchanged between Kaiser Wilhelm II and Czar Nicholas II before the war began. These letters show the tension between Germany and Russia. For homework, please read the letters and answer the questions at the end of the packet. Furthermore, you may also read Chapter 29 Section 2 within your textbooks in preparation of the next class.
